Bakersfield Ridgeview CA seniors Alex Cuevas and Ased Adus finished second and third, respectively, in the Division 2 boys final at the Central Section Championships at Woodward Park in Fresno, Calif. Cuevas covered the 5-kilometer layout in 15:55.82 and Adus ran 15:57.89 for the Wolfpack, which edged San Luis Obispo by a 53-60 margin to capture consecutive division crowns after winning section and state titles in Division 3 last season.
